Step 2: Approval & Instructions

Step 3: Ship the Product Back

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item sent by us.

Step 4: Inspection & Confirmation

Once we receive your item, it will go through a quality inspection to verify condition and eligibility.
After inspection, we’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement request.

4. Refund Policy

If your return is approved after inspection, your refund will be processed promptly.

Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit after verifying your details.

Processing Time:

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for your refund to reflect in your account.

Refund Coverage:

  • Refunds are issued only for the cost of the returned product.

5. Exchanges

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
